Booking Policy
We’re so excited to welcome you to our flower field! As a small seasonal farm, we keep a simple booking policy so we can plan blooms, staffing, and guest experience.
1. Reservations & Payments
- All bookings are final sale.
- No refunds are offered for any reason.
- Visits may be rescheduled within the same growing season, subject to availability.
- Bookings cannot be carried over to the next year.
2. Rescheduling Your Visit
- Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- All visits must occur within the current growing season.
3. Weather Policy
Our U-Pick is an outdoor experience, and flowers love a little rain!
- Light rain or cloudy weather will not result in cancellations.
- If severe or unsafe weather is expected (heavy rain, lightning, high winds, extreme heat), we will contact you to reschedule.
- Weather decisions are typically made 24 hours before your visit, but may be made the morning of if conditions change quickly.
- Weather-related reschedules must still occur within the current growing season.
4. No-Shows
- Guests who do not attend their booking and do not contact us beforehand are considered no-shows.
- No-shows do not receive refunds or reschedules.
5. Safety & Liability
By visiting our flower field, you agree that:
- You are visiting and picking flowers at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, lost items, or damage that may occur during your visit.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Please wear appropriate footwear for dirty, muddy or uneven outdoor terrain.
6. Farm Etiquette
- Be gentle with flowers and tools.
- Respect staff, signage, and other guests.
- Anyone not following farm rules may be asked to leave without refund.
